2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, ApexDrive Customs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ApexDrive Customs. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 3. Service Engagements

All services provided by ApexDrive Customs, including but not limited to custom paint, engine tuning, interior customization, and wheel installations, are subject to a detailed service agreement provided to the client prior to commencement of work. Project timelines, payment schedules, and specific deliverables will be outlined in this separate agreement. Any modifications or additional services requested by the client after the initial agreement may incur additional charges and require a revised agreement.

4. Limitations of Liability

ApexDrive Customs will not be held accountable for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
